Our aim is to become your go-to source for all your vehicle needs, whether that be for a single vehicle or full fleet – we will ensure your vehicle is ready to work immediately. We are an independent privately owned company enabling us to be completely flexible in supplying a diverse range of new and pre-registered light commercial vehicles from many manufacturers.

Although most of our sales are completed over the phone, and online, we are active within the local community discussing customers needs in person.

We work incredibly hard to forge close relationships with local businesses across the Kent area and nationwide. In addition, we continuously look to develop our relationships with vehicle manufacturers, suppliers, and financial institutions to ensure we are offering our customers the most significant discounts with attractive financing options, should it be required.

UK Vans Frequently Asked Questions

You say your vans are ‘in stock’, does that mean they are ready today?: In stock generally means they are either in the country and are awaiting allocation to a supplying dealer, or they are at a dealer awaiting allocation to a customer – such as yourself. Most deliveries will take around 10-14 days, but for commercial planning purposes we advise to work on a 4-week turnaround, unless confirmed otherwise.
How will my new vehicle be delivered?: All of our vehicles are sourced from UK dealerships, and therefore more often than not your vehicle will be delivered directly by one of the franchised dealerships. This often means that your vehicle will be driven to you directly from the dealership, so you will often see the term ‘delivery mileage’ used.
As I bought my vehicle online, where do I take it to be serviced?: As your vehicle is supplied through a UK dealership, the same rules apply as they would when if you were to buy the vehicle from them originally. You can take your vehicle to any garage providing that the garage uses manufacturer genuine parts.
Where should I take my vehicle for any warranty work that is needed?: As your vehicle is supplied through a UK dealership, you simply take your vehicle along to any of the manufacturer’s dealerships across the country and they will be able to complete this work.
Will my payments be secure?: Our payment details will never change during the course of a transaction. Your order is secured with an initial deposit, which will be taken either over the phone or by using a secure payment link, using a standard debit or credit card. All credit card payments will be protected by your card provider for additional security and peace of mind. The remaining balance will be due approximately 48-72 hours before delivery of your vehicle, and this is made by Bank (BACS) Transfer.
Do you need a deposit for me to order a vehicle?: Yes, we require a deposit of £500.00 which is non-refundable if the order is cancelled. If, however, we are unable to fulfil your order due to a supply issue, then your deposit will be refunded in full.
Will I receive my logbook?: In most circumstances, you will receive your logbook directly from the DVLA after taking delivery of the vehicle. However, in some instances your logbook may be retained for a number of months after the sale has been completed. Please see our Terms & Conditions for further information.
Do you only sell new vehicles?: All of our vehicles are brand new with delivery mileage. Some may be pre-registered by the supplying franchised dealership, but they will still only have delivery mileage on them.
Do your website prices include VAT?: No. All prices shown on the website exclude VAT, Road Fund Licence and First Registration Fee. The Road Fund Licence for 2023-24 is £320.00 and the First Registration Fee is £55.00.
Do you accept part exchange?: We will always consider any part exchange that you offer. However, we are not always able to offer you a price. In this instance, we will assist you in locating the best possible price for your old vehicle.
What should I do if my vehicle arrives and there is an issue?: If you believe there to be a problem with your new vehicle, you must ensure that you note this on the delivery note which the driver will ask you to sign, before they leave. You then need to notify a member of our team who will follow this up and ensure it’s dealt with.
